Bursting the Bubble
Bloomingdale felt confident in his relationship with Vicki and wished to spend as much time as he could with his mistresses. So much so that he became careless about covering his tracks. Bloomingdale was a married man, but it seems like he was so caught up in his affair that he forgot about his wife altogether.
One night, as he was hanging out at a nightclub with Vicki, his wife Betsy saw the two of them together. To say that she was outraged would be an understatement. She gave her husband an ultimatum to choose between their marriage or his mistress. Bloomingdale chose Betsy.
