#29: Nothing Came First, Then a Flash of Light
At first, this person experienced total absence. They described it as “No sound, no wind, no light, no weight,” like the weight of the world had disappeared. It felt as if they were “in the deep end of the pool just floating there,” unable to grab anything.

That nothingness lasted long enough to feel endless. Then “there is a flash of light all around me,” followed by a tingle through the body. Suddenly, they felt themselves falling, like being shoved down without warning or trusting someone to catch them and realizing they would not.
